📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Assess training needs and design appropriate training programs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Experience in the electronics industry is a plus.
