Max Global Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Outlet Manager to join our team in Kalideres, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our outlet, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure that all sales transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies.,Train and develop staff to enhance their performance and contribute to the overall success of the outlet.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the outlet to meet high standards.,Collaborate with the regional manager to implement company-wide initiatives and strategies.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Handle customer complaints and escalations in a professional and timely manner.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed within the outlet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to drive sales and improve operational efficiency.,Experience in training and developing staff.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
