In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide technical support, and ensure the smooth operation of desktop systems.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop systems
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware
- Monitor and maintain desktop performance and security
- Provide training and documentation to end-users
- Work with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
- Ensure the smooth operation of desktop systems and provide excellent customer service
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop support and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and common desktop applications
- Experience with network protocols and security best practices
- Familiarity with common troubleshooting tools and software, such as Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
