Rejeki Rama Kebab is looking for a Lead Lab Technician to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and safety of our products. As a Lead Lab Technician, you will be responsible for leading a team of lab technicians, managing lab operations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise a team of lab technicians to ensure efficient and effective lab operations.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for lab activities.,Conduct quality control tests to ensure products meet safety and quality standards.,Monitor and maintain lab equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians on lab procedures and safety protocols.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including HACCP and ISO.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of lab results into production processes.,Perform data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a lab environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven experience in quality control and assurance processes.,Knowledge of HACCP, ISO, and other relevant food safety standards.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using lab equipment and software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
