📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's needs and objectives.,Manage supplier relationships, including negotiation, contract management, and performance evaluation.,Oversee the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Analyze purchasing data to identify trends, cost savings, and areas for improvement.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations and timely delivery of materials and services.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement to drive continuous improvement.,Manage budgets and ensure adherence to purchasing policies and procedures.,Conduct regular supplier audits and evaluations to maintain high-quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using procurement software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
