Develop and maintain legal documents and contracts,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Provide legal advice and support to the company,Manage and update the company's legal database,Coordinate with external legal consultants and law firms,Handle legal disputes and litigations,Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures,Ensure the accuracy and security of company data

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal and system management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in using legal software and database management systems,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
