- Develop and implement detailed mining plans using geological data and advanced software tools.
- Monitor and report on mining progress, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of mining sites to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the geology and engineering teams to optimize pit designs and improve mining efficiency.
- Analyze and interpret geological data to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare and present technical reports and presentations to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of mining activities and incidents.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in open-pit mining operations, with a focus on pit control and mine planning.
- Proficient in using Surpac, MineSight, and Vulcan for geological data analysis and mine planning.
- Strong understanding of mining regulations, safety standards, and environmental best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Familiarity with ESG principles and their application in mining operations.
- Ability to travel to remote mining sites as required.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a mining permit.
