📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients.,Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients to maximize sales potential.,Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance standards.,Conduct regular sales reviews and provide feedback to improve performance.,Manage the sales budget and ensure efficient use of resources.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales consulting.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
