📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and goals.,Maintain training records and provide reports on training activities.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Mentor and coach junior training officers and other staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.,Proven track record of successful training programs and initiatives.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
