📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, procurement, and logistics.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality.,Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of operational staff.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Manage and maintain operational budgets and financial reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
