Tanggung Jawab:

Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently

Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries

Maintaining cash register and ensuring accurate record-keeping

Following company policies and procedures

Assisting with inventory management and stock control

Working as part of a team to achieve sales targets

Ensuring a clean and organized work area

Following health and safety guidelines

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good mathematical and computer skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Friendly and approachable demeanor

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks

Ability to stand for long periods of time
