In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the head waiter in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head waiter in managing the dining area and ensuring it is clean and well-organized.,Take food and beverage orders from customers and deliver them promptly.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.,Maintain accurate records of food and beverage sales and inventory.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items as needed.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.,Assist in the training and development of new team members.,Perform other duties as assigned by the head waiter or management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a waiter or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and techniques.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects with ease.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
