• Monitor and analyze fleet performance data using FMS and GIS.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of FMS and GIS software.
• Proven track record of optimizing fleet performance and reducing operational costs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid maritime safety certifications (e.g., ISM, ISPS) are a plus.
