📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery processes.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to prevent shortages and overstocking.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Provide training and guidance to the logistics team to enhance their skills and performance.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving logistics operations and reducing costs.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards in the logistics industry.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
