📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise store staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Oversee inventory control and stock management, ensuring accurate records and timely restocking.,Coordinate with the warehouse and other departments to ensure smooth product flow and delivery.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Train and develop store staff to improve their skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or administrative role, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office and retail management systems.,Familiarity with sales and marketing principles.,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
