📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the talent acquisition process from start to finish.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates to ensure a high-quality applicant pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Conduct interviews and make data-driven hiring decisions.,Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
