• Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Provide personalized recommendations for dining, activities, and local experiences tailored to guests' preferences.
• Promote hotel amenities, special offers, and events to enhance the guest experience.
• Use your language skills to assist guests from Mandarin or Korean-speaking countries, ensuring clear communication and cultural understanding.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with event planning and coordination, including guest check-ins for weddings, conferences, and other special occasions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and hospitality in all interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin or Korean, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken form.
• At least 2 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, or a related field, preferably in a luxury or high-end setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
