📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and resolve issues.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of new operational strategies.,Provide support to the management team in achieving operational goals.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar operational role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
