Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and market share.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.,Manage and track sales performance, KPIs, and targets to ensure achieving and exceeding sales goals.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to support and enhance sales efforts.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and prospects to ensure a positive and memorable experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.,Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and best practices.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
