AETHER Ekspansindo is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Assistant to join our team in Pontianak. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team in achieving their targets, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company targets.,Manage and maintain a database of customer information and sales leads.,Support the sales team in preparing and presenting sales proposals to potential clients.,Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales deals with clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Assist in the organization and coordination of sales events and promotions.,Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Previous experience in a similar role within the industry is a plus.
