📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports and other project documentation.
  • Train and supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
  • Manage and maintain project budgets and schedules.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of a project.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management or site engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
  • Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
