📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor reconciliations.
• Oversee the accounts receivable process, including invoice issuance, collections, and customer credit management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor cash flow and provide financial reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to maintain accurate financial records.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on financial processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
