📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels using SAP and other inventory management tools.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to streamline the supply chain process.
• Implement and monitor logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the operations team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.
• Support the Operations Manager in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, supply chain, or logistics.
• Proficient in Mandarin language, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, supply chain coordination, and logistics optimization.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related management methodology is a plus.
• Experience with SAP or similar inventory management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
