📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all work is carried out according to design specifications.
• Monitor project progress and quality, addressing any issues or deviations promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on site.
• Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage and maintain construction equipment and materials, ensuring they are in good working order.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the project manager to ensure all project milestones are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role.
• Proven experience in managing construction projects in a tropical environment.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction laws and regulations.
• Certification in Construction Management or a related field (e.g., PMP, CMP).
• Proficiency in using construction management software such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
