📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver impactful coaching and training sessions to drivers, focusing on engagement and community management.
• Conduct performance monitoring and provide feedback to drivers.
• Use Microsoft Teams and Google Workspace to manage training programs and communicate with the team.
• Foster a strong sense of community among drivers through team-building activities and initiatives.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement training programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide support to drivers in their personal and professional development.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or HR setting.
• Proven experience in coaching and mentoring.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and training management tools.
• Certification in training and development or a related field is a plus.
