📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance of operations.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and quality.
• Manage budgets and ensure that all services are delivered within budget.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide training and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing and optimizing operations in a service-based environment.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
