MEP Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) - Housing Projects

This contract position offers a unique opportunity to oversee the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for our housing projects. As an MEP Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all MEP systems are designed, installed, and maintained to meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will work with a variety of tools and software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, to create detailed drawings and specifications. You will also be responsible for coordinating with contractors and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and oversee the installation of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ensure that all MEP systems meet industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of MEP systems to ensure their proper functioning.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and reports for MEP systems.
• Work with a variety of tools and software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering for residential projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Certification in MEP engineering or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project or Primavera, is a plus.
