As an Inventory Control & Warehouse Support Specialist (Steelstore), you'll play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the steel inventory at our Bali warehouse. Your daily tasks will include conducting inventory counts, managing stock levels, and ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment. You'll work with a variety of steel products, including beams, plates, and structural components, using tools like SAP, Excel, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Manage stock levels and order fulfillment to meet customer demands and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to manage and optimize steel inventory.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and receipt of steel products.
• Maintain and update inventory records using SAP and Excel.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and warehouse regulations.
• Provide support to the warehouse team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using SAP and Excel for inventory management.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
