• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders
• Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and meetings to foster engagement
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance partner satisfaction and loyalty
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on partner engagement initiatives
• Provide regular updates and reports on partner engagement activities
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to expand our network
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to partner engagement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in partner engagement or a similar role
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with the construction and infrastructure sector is a plus
